SmartMed has set up an area in its Zeist office that functions as a dummy pharmacy. This test pharmacy helps the development and integration teams develop the SmartMed Pharmacy/ PharmaSys 6 solution and can be used to train future customers with this latest AIS.
Everyday situations that occur in a pharmacy can be simulated in the test pharmacy and new functionalities can be tested. Racks have been set up with (empty) packaging and a counter and terminals have been installed. In the coming period, the test pharmacy will be further expanded with, among others, peripheral equipment such as printers and scanners.
Partly because of this, SmartMed is able to optimize the usability of SmartMed Pharmacy. The implementation of SmartMed Pharmacy is also being extensively tested and improved, so the implementation team is well prepared for the release of SmartMed's latest solution and can support pharmacies in the best possible way during the transition.
